We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive to lead our outreach to colleges and universities. The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce and promote our comprehensive training programs—including placement training, aptitude and soft skills development, and technical upskilling—to academic institutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at engaging with key decision-makers, understanding institutional needs, presenting customized solutions, and successfully converting these engagements into long-term business partnerships.
Identify, initiate, and develop relationships with key stakeholders in academic institutions
Consultative Program Pitching
Effectively present and position our training solutions—which include aptitude training, communication and soft skills development, technical upskilling, and placement readiness programs—based on each institution’s unique needs.
Sales Lifecycle Management
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial outreach to proposal drafting, negotiation, and successful deal closure
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
Generate and qualify leads through campus visits, academic events, cold outreach, webinars, online research, and professional networking.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional partners to support client retention, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
Market Research & Strategic Input
Continuously monitor trends in the higher education and employability space, and contribute strategic insights for product positioning, pricing models, and market segmentation.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, track pipeline progress, and provide regular updates and performance reports to the leadership team.
